Black Bean and Rice Tostada

1. Ingredients
- 1 (16.33 ounce) package TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Soft Taco Dinner
- 1 cup MINUTE White Rice , uncooked
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (11 ounce) can corn, drained
- 2 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 1/4 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2. Cooking Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray both sides of Tortillas with cooking spray; place in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 10 min. or until crisp and lightly browned.
- Meanwhile, cook rice in large saucepan as directed on package. Add beans, corn and Seasoning Mix; mix well. Cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Top tortillas evenly with the rice mixture, lettuce, Taco Sauce and cheese.
Yield: 5 servings

Substitute
Brush both sides of tortillas with oil instead of spraying with cooking spray.
