  • Great tasting longer bake time

I made a little adjustment and added a little more chili powder, as I like it a little spicier. It takes longer than 15 min cook time as the cook time says, if you bake it. It took about 30 min for chicken to get done baking it. Although it took a little longer it tasted great.

  • yum!

We loved it. I sprayed each pc of chicken with cooking oil spray before dipping. I also kept a lid on the dish until the last 5-10 minutes. It was very moist. I was afraid the chili powder would make it too spicy, but it wasn't. I may try a variation with italian seasoning...

  • Easy and delicious!

This was quick and easy and was a hit with the family. Even my three year old loved it. I added more chili powder, and after the chicken was placed in the dish, I sprinkled more cheese on top for an extra coating. Next time, I will try covering it part of the way, as the other reviewer did, to keep it a little more moist. I also added a little bit of salt. I was hoping for the coating to turn out more like a crust so still trying to figure that one out for the next time. Maybe adding panko or bread crumbs the next time would achieve that.
