Amazing!
blaze_peanut6 - April 14, 2008 01:45:59 PM PSTI made this for a birthday cake and there was not a piece leftover! Instead of pecans, I used mini chocolcate chips. It was the best cheesecake I have ever had and I heard the same comment numberous times from other people.

fischemom - April 3, 2008 06:18:28 AM PSTThis recipe is delicious. I\'m a cheesecake lover and this is the best I\'ve ever made. The preparation time it shows of 15 minutes I didn\'t find to be accurate. It takes that long to unwrap the caramels. :o)
