1. Ingredients

  1. 1 pound VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
  2. 1 (10 ounce) can RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
  3. 1 (6 ounce) package OSCAR MAYER Southwestern Seasoned or Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, chopped
  4. 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  5. 1 teaspoon ground cumin (optional)

2. Cooking Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in large microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 6 to 7 minutes or until VELVEETA is melted, stirring every 3 minutes.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips or assorted cut-up vegetables.

Yield: 28 servings

Substitute

Substitute 1/2 lb. cooked and drained ground beef for the chicken breast strips.

Prepare as directed, using VELVEETA Mexican Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product with Jalapeno Peppers.

    We make this all the time when we have leftover ground beef. It\\'s easy, creamy, quick, and yummy! We serve it with tortilla chips, sour cream, and shredded lettuce.
