This recipes is delicious! Extremely easy to make (I added a little minced garlic too). However, the fact that the recipe says it serves 4 is very wrong. I made this last night for 4 adults and it was not nearly enough. My husband and I could have eaten the whole tenderloin ourselves! My advice: If you\\'re making this for any more than 3 adults... make two or lots of side dishes!!

The pork doesn\'t have carbs as the recipe says BUT 2 tbsp\'s of BULLS EYE bbq sauce has carbs in it. Looking on the net 2 tbsp\'s has as much as 26 grams of carbs, so beware of the sauces being added to recipes.
