I DO IT LIKE THIS
16 oz package of velveta cheese
(cut in square chuncks)
1 pound ground beef
cooked and drained
16 oz pace chuncky salsa
1 can of El Paso green chilies (chopped)
1 tbsp of cumin
put velveeta cheese in crock pot on high
until it starts to melt, add all other ingredients
turn down low, this will stay warm for hours,
spoon over a plate of tortilla chips and enjoy!

A more simple, and better tasting version of this dip is to use a brick of cream cheese and a can of chili. It's an easy one to one ratio. Microwave, and stir. It's done.
Beats Velveeta dip any day, hands down.

1 can of chili isn't near enough for 1lb. of Velveeta. If you only want chili with the cheese add 2 cans, but I would recommend adding more than just chili. As some other users have already said, a can of rotel diced tomatoes and chilis would also go well. Some Pace or other brand salsa makes this dip excellent. Much better than chili alone..

Combine all the ingredients in a large crock pot.
By far the best!
