CHIPS AHOY(R) Cookies and Milk Dessert

1. Ingredients
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 pkg. (4 serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
- 1 (8 ounce) tub COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
- 27 CHIPS AHOY! Real Chocolate Chip Cookies, divided
2. Cooking Directions
- Pour milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping.
- Arrange 9 of the cookies in single layer on bottom of 8-inch square dish; top with 1/3 of the pudding mixture. Repeat layers 2 times; cover.
- Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Yield: 9 servings

Great for make ahead dessert!
Mary F - July 8, 2009 10:33:02 AM PSTA little goes a long way as it appears to be very rich and creamy. This recipe is like the one our Aunt Edna made in the early 70\\'s and is a good dessert to be made ahead of a church dinner or a party. It is a hit with the children as they really like the chocolate flavor, however, Aunt Edna sprinkled cocoanut between the layers and used cocoanut milk instead of regular milk, which give this dessert a nice unusual flavor.
