  • Love the Spinach Quiche

Spinach Quiche served with fresh fruit salad is a great meal. I also like using finely chopped or grated cooked ham for the bacon. My family likes this recipe.

  • So easy and so good

    raine - May 17, 2008 03:13:44 PM PST
This was so easy to make that I thought I had forgot to put something in it!
It is so delicious as well.A rich taste with a creamy texture make this the perfect anytime meal.
I put in a little more spinach than it called for but it turned out fine.
And I also used whole wheat flour which also turned out just fine.
I highly recomend this to everyone who loves a easy to make quiche.

  • Awesome!

This is a great dish. I\'ve made it a few times now, and it always comes out right. This quiche makes it easy to act like a gourmet. It\'s great for brunch, but its also a wonderful side dish to some chicken dinners. Bottom line- amazing!

  • Yummy and Easy

    jwmdlee1 - May 25, 2008 06:08:40 PM PST
This recipe is perfect for a 1st time quiche maker. It is easy and comes out perfect everytime. I have made this recipe at least 10 times and everyone who tasted it LOVES it. The only thing that I have done different is add a couple more eggs and more bacon if I am expecting guests (only to make a bigger pie).
