Very good ? I?d highly recommend to anyone. I am not a huge Brushetta fan but this recipe is so flavorful. It was a hit and I?ve made it twice since. I almost hated giving out the recipe. Its so simple; definitely one to try.

Slice the bread. butter garlic top it
Broil it. then you have(Garlic Bread)
add the cold veggies and cheese
Top it off with Balsamic Vinegar (only if you like it)

  • Prefer it with Basil instead of Green Onions

    Therese - December 29, 2007 12:08:08 PM PST
This recipe is good, but instead of the dressing, I prefer to keep it simple with just olive oil. Fresh minced garlic and finely chopped fresh basil make it feel a bit more home made.

  • Not really bruschetta

    lightfighter_89 - December 15, 2007 02:10:10 PM PST
Not the real thing, not even close. It\'s missing the garlic and olive oil. It also tastes better if you use mozarella cheese, besides Parmesan cheese is just not the real thing either.
