I don't know what is wrong with cowpuss either. Coconut cream pie is my favorite!! I never had a bad recipe from this website. Yummy!!!!!!!!Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!!!!11

I love cococut cream pie and I usually purchase the pies already made in the frozen section of the grocery store.
The recipe looks very easy to make. I know know what wrong with cow puss. Maybe she need to get a life.

I have to say as a pharmacist that works in a long-term care hospital watching people die of chronic disease this recipe is a reminder of everything that is wrong with the American diet. The trans fats and empty nutritional value of this pie leave a lot to be desired. Surely, there is a better coconut cream pie recipe out there. I mean are we really to lazy to whip real cream or use low fat milk and cornstarch to make our own pudding. Let's just try to read the labels on the ingredients of the stuff we put into our mouths and if we cant determine what's in it don't eat it. I think it's OK to indulge occasionally but this recipe is a healthcare givers nightmare.
All that being said if you must, you must and I'll see you in the ICU..
