No need to thaw the COOL WHIP. By using frozen COOL WHIP, the dessert magically layers right before your eyes.
This recipe was so easy that I did it in 10 minutes. But you have to put at least close to 2/3 of cool whip otherwise, you\'ll end up with a small, thin layer of actual jello.
