- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 (6 ounce) package STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Pork
- 1 cup water
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided

2. Cooking Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix meat, stuffing mix, water, eggs and 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce.
- Shape meat mixture into four oval loaves. Place, side-by-side, in foil-lined shallow baking pan. Top with the remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
- Bake 30 min. or until cooked through (160 degrees F). Cut each meat loaf in half to serve.
Yield: 8 servings

Serving Suggestion
Serve with a small baked potato and a side salad. Just toss a 10-oz. bag of salad greens with 1/2 cup of your favorite KRAFT Dressing, such as Zesty Italian, then divide among eight salad plates.
Note
For best results, prepare using lean varieties of ground beef, such as ground round or ground sirloin.

Missing a little more

and for the sauce mix up..

Yummy but could be improved with a couple extras

Perfect Weeknight Meal!
danielle1226 - January 23, 2007 03:42:45 PM PSTMy family loved this meatloaf. All I added to it was one large onion and 4 gloves of garlic chopped (diced). I also added 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce instead of a 1/4 cup. I made a sauce with 1/2 Cup BBQ sauce 1/2 Ketchup and brown sugar to taste (about 1/3 Cup) which a poured on top to cook (I also reserved some in a gravy boat to be added after). Even my picky little eaters (small children) at it. The recipe is very simple and quick to the oven. I made it in a full size loaf pan so it took about an hour to cook. This will become a new family favorite!
