A juicy beef frank in a bun is topped with spicy brown mustard, pickle relish, onion, sauerkraut and celery salt for a classic New York sandwich.
Using Herbrew National or better Nathan\'s hot dogs are better to give it a more NY feel than Oscar Mayer plus it taste much better.

This is definitely NOT a NYC hot dog. If restaurants and corner vendors are any indication, New Yorkers usually use Sabrett\'s, Nathan\'s or Hebrew National for their franks. For spicy brown mustard, NOTHING on this earth beats Gulden\'s (use French\'s if you like yellow mustard). The tablespoon of chopped onion is NOT New York. New Yorkers use chopped onions cooked in tomato sauce (think "Sabrett\'s" again). Finally, who in their right mind would put salt on a hot dog? The thing\'s already LOADED with sodium!

Never seen a NY dog that looked like this....and no way they\'d use junky hot dogs like that.
