- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 (1 ounce) package ranch salad dressing mix
- 1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
- 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper

2. Cooking Directions
- Mix cream cheese spread, sour cream and salad dressing mix in medium bowl until well blended.
- Stir in remaining ingredients; cover. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
- Serve with assorted cut-up vegetables.

Five stars all around. Eat this dip. It\'s so delicious. I can\'t explain to you how great it is. You must try the recipe when you get a free moment and you\'ve got a hankering for something green and creamy.

Spinich Dip
sondrajj - December 31, 2006 08:44:06 AM PSTThis is a good and quickly prepared dip in the main. I made two versions, one without sweet bell pepper and one with. The one without was the biggest hit. Leaving out the pepper made it more palatable to more people.
