  2. 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  3. 2 (8 ounce) packages PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  4. 1/2 cup sugar
  5. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  6. 2 eggs

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix crumbs and butter; press firmly onto bottom of 8- or 9-inch baking pan. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix just until blended. Pour over crust.
  2. Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool.
  3. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Cut into 16 bars. Store leftover bars in refrigerator.

Yield: 16 servings
