  • Loved it!

This was really quick and delicious! The kids loved it! The carb count for me was right on, since I don\'t eat bread. The family uses low carb tortillas, which are only 2 grams of carbs per serving, and taste just like the higher carb flour tortillas.

  • It was cool, but this made it great

Myself and my kids dont like salsa, and chunks of tomatos, so use enchiladas sause instead. It tastes way better, and you dont have to crunch on tomatos if you dont like them. It is so good that way. Dont believe me, try it for yourself.

This was so easy. As I am a single working mom, it is hard to get quick, easy, and nutritious meals together. My kids love so I know that this recipe will become a favorite.
