  1. 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
  2. 1 (8 ounce) package ATHENOS Traditional Feta Cheese, crumbled
  3. 1 cup KRAFT Mayo Real Mayonnaise
  4. 1/2 cup DI GIORNO Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  5. 1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimientos, drained
  6. 1 clove garlic, minced
  7. TRISCUIT Thin Crisps

2. Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients except crackers.
  2. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or 3-cup shallow baking dish.
  3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with crackers.

Yield: 24 servings

3. Still Hungry?

Artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, feta and Parmesan cheeses, pimientos and garlic are blended and baked for a savory hot appetizer to serve with crackers.

Notes:

Great Substitute

Prepare as directed, using KRAFT Mayo Light Mayonnaise.

Special Extra

Garnish with chopped tomato and sliced green onion just before serving.
