If you like spinach, you should try this...

Seriously, if you like spinach, this is an excellent choice for dinner. I really wasn\'t sure that my family would like it or not, but even my kids liked it. It is fairly simple to prepare also. That\'s a huge bonus for me. Pretty much you just need to follow the easy directions in putting it all together, then put it in the oven and that\'s it. I spent the baking time making a salad to serve with our dinner. I didn\'t use quite all of the spaghetti sauce when I was layering, because two of my kids don\'t like a lot of sauce on their pizza, so I was considering their preference. It turned out wonderful though, and I would reccommend it to anyone that likes spinach. Even if you think you don\'t like spinach or haven\'t had it since you were a child when you used to think you hated it... you should give this spinach lasagna a try.
My aunt made this a couple months ago and it is one of my favorite recipes. I hate spinach. Cooked and raw. You cant even taste the spinach in the lasagne and its healthy!!! It is soo good, I definitely recommend it.
I love this recipe. Being that I\'m a vegetarian, I\'m always looking for delicious meals. This is an excellent choice. I do tweak it a little bit to make it my own. For instance I add both ricotta cheese and crushed sweet onion into the mix for that extra kick of flavor, but by far a great dish. Thanks.
I\'ll say right away that I don\'t cook. But I felt like giving it a shot and I found this recipe. Ingredients are easy to find. And putting it all together was a breeze. Very good meal!! The leftovers make a great lunch the next day too!

I wasn\\'t sure how this would turn out, I usually cook more complicated recipes. It literally took me 10 mins to prepare, and that was with my 3 year old son helping. My family devoured this lasagna in no time, there were NO leftovers. My husband told me the only thing wrong with it was that there wasn\\'t enough! I guess next time I will have to make 2 pans! ;)
I added onion and italian squash to the mix. I sauteed the onion in olive oil and then added the squash to soften it a bit before mixing it with the cheese and spinach mixture. It turned out really good. I will definitely make it again. Next time I might add garlic and oregano for some extra flavor.
