Seriously, if you like spinach, this is an excellent choice for dinner. I really wasn't sure that my family would like it or not, but even my kids liked it. It is fairly simple to prepare also. That's a huge bonus for me. Pretty much you just need to follow the easy directions in putting it all together, then put it in the oven and that's it. I spent the baking time making a salad to serve with our dinner. I didn't use quite all of the spaghetti sauce when I was layering, because two of my kids don't like a lot of sauce on their pizza, so I was considering their preference. It turned out wonderful though, and I would reccommend it to anyone that likes spinach. Even if you think you don't like spinach or haven't had it since you were a child when you used to think you hated it... you should give this spinach lasagna a try.

My aunt made this a couple months ago and it is one of my favorite recipes. I hate spinach. Cooked and raw. You cant even taste the spinach in the lasagne and its healthy!!! It is soo good, I definitely recommend it.
