  • If you like spinach, you should try this...

    melanie.ferguson - June 3, 2007 08:17:15 AM PST
Seriously, if you like spinach, this is an excellent choice for dinner. I really wasn\'t sure that my family would like it or not, but even my kids liked it. It is fairly simple to prepare also. That\'s a huge bonus for me. Pretty much you just need to follow the easy directions in putting it all together, then put it in the oven and that\'s it. I spent the baking time making a salad to serve with our dinner. I didn\'t use quite all of the spaghetti sauce when I was layering, because two of my kids don\'t like a lot of sauce on their pizza, so I was considering their preference. It turned out wonderful though, and I would reccommend it to anyone that likes spinach. Even if you think you don\'t like spinach or haven\'t had it since you were a child when you used to think you hated it... you should give this spinach lasagna a try.

My aunt made this a couple months ago and it is one of my favorite recipes. I hate spinach. Cooked and raw. You cant even taste the spinach in the lasagne and its healthy!!! It is soo good, I definitely recommend it.

  • My Goto Lasagna

I love this recipe. Being that I\'m a vegetarian, I\'m always looking for delicious meals. This is an excellent choice. I do tweak it a little bit to make it my own. For instance I add both ricotta cheese and crushed sweet onion into the mix for that extra kick of flavor, but by far a great dish. Thanks.

I\'ll say right away that I don\'t cook. But I felt like giving it a shot and I found this recipe. Ingredients are easy to find. And putting it all together was a breeze. Very good meal!! The leftovers make a great lunch the next day too!
