  1. 1/2 cup sugar
  2. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  3. 1 small red apple, cut into slices
  4. 1 small green apple, cut into slices
  5. 1 (10 ounce) package CRACKER BARREL Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, cut into slices
  6. 40 TRISCUIT Crackers

2. Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl. Add apples; toss to coat.
  2. Cut cheese slices in half diagonally. Place crackers on baking sheet; top each cracker with 1 cheese piece and 2 apple slices.
  3. Bake 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm.

Yield: 20 servings
