At least throw a can of Rotelle seasoned/spiced Tomatoes in it. Generally a block of Velveeta and a can of Rotelle in a slow cooker does a good job by itself.

I got the screamers so bad I thought it would kill me. I made it for a play off game and missed the forth quarter. Tastes good but will clean you out.

This one of my signature dishes and it\\'s a crowd favorite. I can\\'t go to any get-together without it.

    (1) 16oz pkg Velveeta brick; cut into bite-size pieces
    (1) 16 oz jar Tostitos Medium Salsa

You can substitute your fave salsa but I found Tostitos has the best consistency and chunk factor. You can also substitute Mild or Hot depending on your fave bite factor. I like Middle of the Road Medium.

You can do this in a microwave but I found using a double-boiler made for a far smoother dip and it stays smooth even as it cools. You don\\'t need a fancy-dancy double-boiler either, I use two pots, one on top of the other.

Put water in the bottom of the double-boiler and the ingredients in the top on the stovetop on high. Stir occasionally until all cheese is melted and it\\'s a consistent peachy color.

1 LB GROUND BEEF BROWNED AND STRAINED (YOU COULD OBVIOUSLY USE ANY KIND OF GROUND MEAT)
1 PKG OF YOUR FAV TACO SEASONING
    1 CAN ROTEL--HOT OR MILD--YOUR CHOICE
    1 BLOCK VELVEETA
    1/2 CUP MILK
    **GARLIC TO TASTE (OPTIONAL)

MIX SEASONING IN COOKED GROUND BEEF FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS ON PACKAGE.

MELT CHEESE IN MILK ON MED HEAT. I ADD THE MILK JUST TO MAKE IT A BIT MORE CREAMY.

ADD ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS TO CHEESE MIXTURE. MIX WELL AND ENJOY WITH YOUR FAV TORTILLA CHIPS.
