  1. 2 (8 ounce) packages PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 1 (6 ounce) HONEY MAID Honey Graham Pie Crust

2. Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix just until blended.
  2. Pour into crust.
  3. Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.

    I have always used this recipe for cheesecake after i discovered it.
    Adding nuts, fudge, fruit to top, cinnamon/apples, you name it it works with this recipe (just be careful not to add too much moisture(strawberries inside the cake doesnt work) its comes out everytime!! (add pecans and a bit of cocao powder to batter, then put more pecans, caramel and fudge drizzled on top....turtle!! a real fav in my family!!

    I had never tried to make a cheesecake before, because I thought it would be too difficult. Boy, was I wrong. This recipe is great. My family loved it. I will be making this again. Soon!!
