  • Awesome simple Cheesecake

    Jim - March 19, 2007 12:16:18 PM PST
Well, I am one lucky dude!! I only added 4 Cream Cheeses, instead of 5 by accident, and the cake turned out so good, I think I\'m stickin with 4 next time. Which will be this week because I\'m trying Blueberries on it this time. My 3 year old helped me and it was easy enough to deal with her and the recipe at the same time so it must be simple to make. My wife does not like Cheesecake, so I have to do it myself and even she liked it.

  • An extra creamy and moist cheesecake

    andrewav5 - September 30, 2008 11:27:51 AM PST
This is an awesome recipe. Here are a few tips to make your cheesecake extra creamy and moist. First, i use 4 parts Neuchetel cheese and one part regular Philadelphia Cream cheese. Neuchetel is creamier and 1/3 the fat of normal cream cheese. Also, when i\'m cooking the cheesecake, i put a water bath at the bottom of my oven. This ensures that i will always have a moist cheese cake. Good luck!
