I skipped the pimentos, used canned chicken stock rather than water, and absolutely LOVED this!! I am so tired of all the recipes using creamed soup which have such a heavy taste. This is light and healthy. Also used just a swirl of olive oil in the pan to start. This will go into my regular rotation, for sure!!
