You'll get a clear taste of cumin in this great cold-weather chili made with ground beef, beans, and green bell pepper. If you want a hotter chili, add as much cayenne as you like.
Variation: Add one ten-ounce package of frozen corn, thawed, to the chili along with the beans.
True Chili has no Beans. You can ask any of the thousands of Competitive Chili Cooks about that.. What you are promoting here is a stew with chilipowder, and what is with Oregano. That is Pasta Sauce. Try making some real Chili!!!

Chili sans beans is great for chili dogs, but for a meal? I haven't yet tried it, but this recipe sounds wonderful.

Beans or no beans, chili should have chile peppers! Fresh, ground or dried. Doesn't matter. PASS.
