This spiced tea was inspired by Indian chai, a blend of tea, milk and ground spices--cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and ginger. It has to steep overnight, so plan accordingly.
Variation: Add a shot of Mount Gay rum to each drink.
This is a great recipe. I suggest to you that if you want to buy some really good spiced chai and do not have the time to make it, you should check out Palanquin Spiced Tea. It's made in England by this small tea company, and it is by far the most delicious spiced chai I have ever tasted. You can find it on Amazon.com (Just search Palanquin)

Just seconding the reviewer who mentioned that this recipe is not vegan. It contains honey. Yummy sounding as this is, it needs to be removed from the vegan section.

Though some might argue the point, it seems a problem that a recipe including honey would be featured in the vegan section since it's not. As such, it gets the rating of "Needs Help." Meaning it needs help taxonomically speaking.
Nonetheless, it seems like an otherwise pleasant recipe. If you consume honey, sounds crisp and refreshing.
Also, I second the Palaquin Spiced Tea recommendation--an excellent choice.
