Oh! I just discovered this Yahoo food section. I need 30 hrs a day now. I'm a true Spanish sangria lover. Alcoholism? Not a problem. I only have sangria 2 x a year the most for special occasion. .As an old girl registered dietitian (o.g.R.D.) variety, small/moderate portions, exercise/calisthenics are sensible daily habits for life- try it! o.g.R.D.
