Love this recipe so much. It's one of a kind and haven't had it in such a long time. Thanks so much for sharing it. It fills you up for a long time, and is easy to make. Bon Appetite ;)

  • Gourmet look and taste, but quick and easy to make!

My family loved this! Took about 20 minutes to make. I used my food processor to mix ingredients while apple slices cooked. Pancake came out big, fluffy, and light! Looked even better than the picture. We split it up between the 4 of us and the kids didn't even know they'd eaten an egg! Next time I'll add an extra apple. Scrumpcious!

So easy to make, fun to watch (it puffs up real high), and a crowd pleaser with the kids.

It reminds me of a German apple crepe -- so good!

    Try it, you'll love it

My grandkids and I say Emeral on Good Morning America one snow day making this recipe. We got up and made it and whow!! We all loved it. We had many snow days last winter and tried diffferent pancakes each time. This is on the top 3 list. Can't wait for this winter!!

  • Awesome and Simple

This is a delicious recipe!! I didn't have a cast iron pan to use, so i substituted it for a 'Pampered Chef' 8" by 8" cooking stone. It still turned out fantastic, but was just a little thinner than the original recipe. I can't wait to make this again!
