Chocolate for breakfast is a sweet surprise for your friends or your beloved.
I made them with white chocolate chips instead and yum! My new favorite recipe!

I substituted 1 cup of blueberries and left out the chocolate chips, and added 2 teaspoons of sugar to the batter. These were great!! Incredibly light and fluffy.

This was easy and quick to make and it was "just enough" for my husband and I for dinner. He had never had chocolate-chip pancakes before and is looking forward to the next time we have them.

instead of addin the choc chips and fruit etc to the mix, just make a basic pancake mix, and when you pour the mix into the pan, add the extras then, n flip when ready
then your going to get as much or as little fruit and stuff in your pancake depending on your tastes
i like to have lots of bowls of stuff when i am making them for the kids raisins, nuts, banana, sliced apple, choc chips, etc
an the kids get to pick what they want

Uhm, I like the part of ingredients and all methods but I dislike the method which asked me to preheat the oven at 200 oF.
