Quick and easy for who?

It looks good and sounds good but seems a little time consuming for a busy week night when you have home work and kids running in and out and errands and practices and all those last minute things that a mom (or dad) has to do! I'll save this for a special occasion when I have the time, money and energy!

Give me a break! Im a graduate of chef school, and also a normal human being growing up in america. Whoever is doing this for Yahoo is so far out of touch with its readers its comical. You know what? I need a better job. Give me this idiots job and I will supply yahoo with some great low budget, quick, easy, and best of all "good for the baby boomer's health Meals." No Veal shanks, Pleaseeeeeeeeee. 88.37 percent of the readers who put yahoo on there home page are in the lower to middle income arena. That means no veal shanks people. How about lets use.....hmm..... let me really think hard...... HAMBURGER, CHICKEN, STEAK, MAYBE A VERY COMMON WHITE FISH, MAYBE. Lets not forget the folks in the central states who dont have a ready supply of gourmet seafood meats. Anyway. This is the last time I will click on epicurious.com recipe suggestions for yahoo. By the way, If the CEO of Yahoo is reading this. Give me a call. Im a certified nutrionist, Chef, and an ordinary person who can relate to your readers a whole lot better than this. I also have a very good sense of humor. You will need it to read recipes like these. Veal Shanks, bring on the roasted lamb sauce. LOL.

I agree with the previous poster, Yahoo seems to be out of touch. I would have to go 20 miles away to get the veal shanks, and 60 miles away to find the pasta.

How is being forced to shop in another town stress-free and easy??

Yahoo is way out of touch on this one. It does sound delicious, and I am sure I will try it at some point, however, it will be a special occasion dinner because of the hassle of getting the ingredients.

This recipe was posted by Yahoo as a quick and easy weeknight meal!!! It sounds delicous but must cook for an hour and a half. Surely the good folks at Yahoo are not so out of touch.
