Made it last night. Marinated for 2 hours. the Jalapenos were way too hot. Recommend very fine chopping and 4 hours maranade.

I made it yesterday. I only marinated for 1 hour. I did not add jalapeno
chiles because I could not find it in the grocery store. However, it turned out great and my wife was delighted. We decided to serve it to a party sometime.

I had never cooked sea bass before and it still came out great. I hesitated to put the jalapeno in, but it really made the dish. It added a little kick without being overpowering. The fish came out perfectly and the salsa really added the extra flavor and texture this fish needed. I was very impressed that it came out so elegantly when I have never done anything like this before now.

This was so good and easy although a bit time consuming due to the chopping. My family just raved about it. The presentation was beautiful with the colorful salsa. This will definitely be on my list of dishes to cook when company is coming over.
