This recipie reminds me of a classy version of the Elotes that street vendors sell in Los Angeles. Really yummy!!! A little messy, but i think that\'s part of the appeal. The sour flavor of the lime compliments the sweet flavor of the corn so well in this dish. Try it out, you won\'t be disappointed!

This was such a brilliant recipe!! I have been to Juarez, Mexico for several business trips and have had it there. Now that I know how to make it, this is magnificent. Great idea!!! A must to have when grilling. Your friends will love the recipe!
