Tomatoes and tuna were meant for each other, and fresh tarragon seals the deal. Soaking the onion in cold water tames the heat and sweetens its taste.
Make Ahead Tip
Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 day.
I made this but I am not a fan of mayo, so I only used a tablespoon. This is a very good recipe! I squeezed the lemon on the individual plates. I also added salt and pepper to each individual plate. That way you get the max flavor! I highly recommend this salad. I am not a huge fan of tuna, but really, this is a great way to eat it!!
