Regardless of the 23g of sugars I wouldn\'t be so hasty to say that you might as well have a Coke so you can get the caffeine. Obviously the ingredients provide you many more advantages over Coke and if you are really that concerned over the sugar, try substituting sweetener or forego the sugar altogether. You could also use diet ginger ale as well. However, if you really need that Coke then by all means enjoy that large ass and love handles that comes with it.

"A batch of this good-for-you refresher turns a lazy summer afternoon into a party, with appeal for thirsty kids of all ages."
I haven\'t made this recipe and I\'m sure it\'s delicious, but it has almost as much sugar in it as a Coke! 23g of sugar versus 27 in the Coke. At least with the Coke you get a caffeine jolt too.
