  • Very good and healthy

I really liked this receipe, but I added a little olive oil to moisten the meat, also while making the patties I made sure to wet my hands. This helps keep the meat moist.

I made this dish for my husband and I, and we both really enjoyed it. These turkey burgers are a much healthier version of regular burgers. I however omitted the onions and celery, and they turned out great!

  • new alternative to meatloaf also!!

This recipe also puts a new twist on the old recipe of meatloaf !!! Wonderful, grilled!! But watch out!, because of the sugar in the cranberries they can burn on the grill quite quickly!! I also doubled the amount of cranberries, onions, all the herbs but elimated the salt and replaced it with garlic because fresh and powered garlic is a great salt substitute if you don\'t mind using lots of it. Doing this is especially good if you are a person who has to watch your salt intake like me!

  • Good recipe

I made these exactly as directed and they were terrific. I heated up whole cranberry sauce and poured it over the burgers. No need to change anything.
I made the whole box of couscous, adding some seasonings and sauteed onion and garlic and served that on the side with roasted carrots.
