Quick, easy and delicious
lynn b - June 13, 2007 11:12:04 AM PSTI\'m not a big salsa expert, but this recipe is easy to follow, had ingredients you can find in any grocery store without any difficulty and tasted absolutely fabulous. I added a few more grape tomatoes, I think they add additional texture to the salsa. This is fool-proof and it isn\'t your average run-of-the-mill salsa. I made this for the office crew and it got rave reviews.

Girlie - May 20, 2008 09:10:54 AM PSTThis is a great salad! Light, delicious and low cal! Also a great salad for a picnic since it has no mayonaise in it. It goes great with any Southwestern or Cuban food.
