  • Quick, easy and delicious

I\'m not a big salsa expert, but this recipe is easy to follow, had ingredients you can find in any grocery store without any difficulty and tasted absolutely fabulous. I added a few more grape tomatoes, I think they add additional texture to the salsa. This is fool-proof and it isn\'t your average run-of-the-mill salsa. I made this for the office crew and it got rave reviews.

This is a great salad! Light, delicious and low cal! Also a great salad for a picnic since it has no mayonaise in it. It goes great with any Southwestern or Cuban food.

Please don\'t eat corn it doesn\'t get digested and you body has to work way to hard to eliminate it from your system, it has little nutritional value.
