Just substitute chicken broth with veggie broth and its all a totally vegetarian meal. It tastes just as good too.

What vegetarian would use chicken broth? None! I tried it with vegetable broth and it wasn\'t bad.

I loved this dish! It tasted fantastic. Be sure that you can replace chicken stock with vegetable stock :) It tastes just as good! I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs a quick meal. The only annoying part is chopping up all those veggies, but have your husband do it for you and it\'s a 10 minute meal! I also wanted to add that it\'s very filling. You really won\'t need anything else with it!

Could someone explain to me where does this recipie ever claim to be vegetarian? I think this does support the opinion that vegetarians (in general) are really quite stupid. My suggestion to all of these really idiotic vegetarians....have a nice rare (bloody) hamburger or perhaps a tall glass of chicken broth.

Oh yes, this recipie is delicious.

Chicken broth is just liquid.. it\\\'s not meat. lol
I guess it\\\'s different if you just boil the animal and throw away the carcass.
People are stupid. Myself, I LOVE mushroom broth, if you can get it.

ok.....just to let everyone know a vegaterian can eat chicken broth.....Vegans are the only people who will not eat anything made from any part of an animal......most people eat in a restaraunt and dont know they are eating chicken broth, it is a main ingrediant in alot of the of fine dining establishments.......
