first of all to the reviewer who complained about the serving size...a tablespoon IS considered a typical serving size for a side salad. except most people probably don't know that because many salads come drenched in dresssing. to the reviewer who complained about "crunchy" mustard seed...the recipe requires coarse-grained mustard. in other words, coarse-grained PREPARED mustard found in the condiments section of your grocery store, not mustard seed found in the spice section.

  • Serving size is WAY off

The whole recipe makes 1 1/4 cups. If there's 20 servings (which the nutritional data seems to show), the serving size would be 1/2 an ounce or ONE tablespoon.

I liked this dressing alot but one thing that really bothers me. The mustard seed. For one, the crunchy peicesall over my salad aren't for me. Another problem would be that after a few days it's all that I taste. I don't really like my vinaigrette spicy but you might. With some toneing down on the mustard seed, the overall product is delicious.
