i found this really easy to make and delicious! i didn\'t add chicken and replaced the chicken broth with vegetable stock. the only thing i would suggest is use more broth than one cup. i will definately make this again!!

I added a bit of hot sauce to this, and it was just excellent. We are planning on making it again for guests to enjoy with us. I added many vegetables and found that very pleasing. Try sweet pea pods, celery, zucchini, cabbage, cauliflower, mushrooms, bok choy, green onions or any other vegetable you like. YUM!

I made this recipe tonight for dinner and my husband loved it! I did wash my chicken with lemon and water before cooking it to get rid of the raw taste; additionally, I used a little bit of gravy master and Mrs. Dash to add flavor and color. I had to add some salt and I also added onions. I will definitely make it again... Thanks for posting it on your site.

Maybe it tastes OK, but it\\'s as unauthentically Chinese as an egg roll or General Tso Chicken. If you want authentic Chinese food, you have to make friends with a Chinese family or eat in a restaurant where Chinese people eat and ask for the Chinese menu, otherwise you get the same stock western menu that most restaurants have.
