Yuummmm...chipotle!!!! This is a great (I\'m talking Tony the Tiger, here) recipe that my family simply loved. "Seconds?" they asked!!!

My husband was nervous about trying the pineapple salsa, but once he tried it, he thought it was great! I added a little lime juice to the salsa and cooked red onion with the steak for added flavor. The sweetness of the fruit salsa was a great compliment the spicy meat. We are definately going to make this a recurring meal in our house.
