You might be tempted to save beef filet for special occasions, but this low-fat cut is actually perfect weekday fare: it cooks up fast, stays juicy and carries other flavors perfectly. The kebabs are a wonderful mix of lemon, herbs and fresh vegetables.
Tip
When using wooden skewers, wrap the exposed parts with foil to keep them from burning. (Contrary to conventional wisdom, soaking skewers in water doesn't protect them.)
Ive had this before, but this was a real treat.Readers might like to try to buy the best cut of meat available...for quality. Also I thought that a little red wine added to the veg served it to a higher notch. All the same brilliant.

I always a love a good piece of beef....especially filet mignon. I served this at my dinner party and it was so easy to prepare. My guests thought I had it catered. I hope to see more good recipes I can share with my friends and family.
