I didn't bother making the sauce, and just spread Blue Cheese salad dressing...probably not as healthy, but oh well. I also added some carrots for some extra crunch. So good!!

  • Just as good with less fuss

This is very similar to a recipe I've made which is probably just as delicious!

    Here's what you'll need:

    Two chicken breasts
    extra virgin olive oil
    salt
    pepper
    garlic powder

    sweet onion
    tomato
    carrots
    lettuce

    franks hot sauce
ranch dressing (Hidden Valley is my preference)
    Tortillas

Cut the two chicken breasts into strips then cook them in a skillet on the stove with some extra virgin olive oil. Season the chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

For the "buffalo" part I just mix Franks Red Hot Sauce with some ranch dressing (Hidden Valley is my choice) to taste.

Cut up about a quarter of the sweet onion and the tomato

I usually just use the pre-shredded carrots.

Heat up your tortillas, put the Franks/Ranch mixture along the middle, add cooked chicken, onions, tomato, carrots and lettuce. Wrap it and eat up!

This is a favorite in my house household. Though the two chicken breasts will be good for about 2 to 3 people (4 to 5 wraps).

There you have it...simple and delicious!
