  1. 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, trimmed of fat
  2. 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  3. 1 1/2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  4. 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  5. 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  6. 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  7. Salt to taste

2. Cooking Directions

  1. Cut chicken crosswise into 3/4-inch-wide strips. Whisk together mustard, orange-juice concentrate, honey, sesame oil and pepper in a medium bowl until smooth. Add the chicken and toss to combine. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare grill or preheat the broiler. Lightly oil rack or coat with nonstick cooking spray. Remove the chicken strips from the marinade, discarding remaining marinade. Grill or broil for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until no longer pink in the center. Season with salt and serve.

Yield: 4 servings

3. Still Hungry?

Serve with carrot sticks and dip and kids will love this meal: they can eat everything with their fingers. The simple, sweet glaze for the chicken can be whipped up fast; marinating time is just 15 minutes and the marinade caramelizes deliciously on the grill.

    I knew ya\\'ll would give us an" easy to do " recipe asap.Our grand kids
    are Young critics.If they don\\'t eat it, you have just wasted your money.This unbreaded Orange Chicken and Carrot sticks was such a hit with our grandkids, ages 6 months thru 17yrs ,that I had to look it up again and send it to the other families, inlaws and cousins.The broccoli, and sweet potatoe wedges rocked too! Less sugar and Lawry seasoning salt hit the mark.Oh, it was all done on the grill and no left overs!We had regular potato wedges and grilled steak sticks for those Meat and Potatoes guys.No allergy triggers,that day.
