  • Awesome Brownies

    Tivao - April 27, 2007 12:29:21 PM PST
This was extremely good. The only reason why it got a 4 out of 5 is that the rest of the recipe is at eatingwell.com. I had to hunt there to get it. But otherwise it was great!

  • Chocolate and weight loss

    TheScienceIsRight.com - September 28, 2007 02:04:13 PM PST
According to Clinique Science (CliniqueScience.com), you can lose weight from eating very dark chocolate. I think they said the chocolate should have at least 80% cocoa content. So technically if you use very dark chocolate, you could actually make brownies that cause weight loss.

Brownies don\\'t cause weight loss no matter what kind of chocolate you use because of all the added fat. Just like apples might help with weight loss but apple pie doesn\\'t. :)

  • Very Good

    Gloria - March 4, 2008 05:31:03 PM PST
I would recommend making this. Moist, chocolatey, and the hint of cream cheese isn\'t too overpowering. A little bit less thick than I expected, so I had to make another layer. Nice recipe!

This recipe has too many ingredients and it sounds complicated. I\'d rather buy the mix and make the cream cheese brownies with a simpler recipe. I\'ve made them before but using a MUCH simpler recipes.

To those who don\'t see the brownie ingredients, what is No.3.. ?
