I love Asian Chicken Salads. They are so flavorable. Ive had one Asian Chicken Salad once with oranges, yum! so good. And not to mention healthy too!!!! A healthier alternative to a burger!

Who cares if its authentic Asian or not. I guess the title should be Asian inspired cause it has ginger and soy and sesame. But how about someone actually make it and say if its good? Or if you have some amazing REAL ASIAN recipe just post it for us to try the REAL thing?

Not in the least an Asian chicken salad; with tahini paste and napa cabbage? cut me break. Asians use holy basil leaves and fresh lemongrass in their chicken salads.

Not sure what part of Asia that Asian chicken salad came from, that is just all wrong. You just can\'t name it Asian chicken salad, when its from Oregon. I know how to prepare a Asian chicken salad and it\'s nothing like that.

It was ok

We were trying something new. Not really used to eating some of those ingredients especially as a main dish. It was very different. The sauce does make the dish though. It is very fitting with the vegetables. I just don\'t know if we will eat it again though.
