have you ever tried the north pole iced coffee?
you have to take 1/5 of instant cofee, 1/3 water and a piece of ice and then mix well in your mouth...

i know it seems basic, but it's based on a greek-type frappe, which is why this is called greek iced coffee. the point is that this drink was first made in greece using spray-dried instant coffee, and when shaken produces a thick layer of foam or froth at the top. so it's pretty distinct compared to other coffees i've had, where the foaminess comes from steamed milk. i love drinking this anytime of the year and especially with nescafe instant coffee crystals =)

...is this called Greek Iced Coffee? It's not different from any other iced coffee that I notice unless you forgot some important imformation - like it's made to be sipped on the shores of a Greek fishing village.
