Green tea is great for your heart.
Replace the mango nectar which has added sugar with a ripe mango. A lot more flavorful and you have more fiber content too.

The drink sounds pretty good, but that picture is horrible! Are those avacado slices in that glass?! I would suggest a ripe yellow mango for garnish over what this picture shows. Bleh.

...we all know how equivalent KoolAid contains equivalent anti-oxidants, vitamins, and complex carbs to those in green tea and mango (even "just" nectar). You\'re brilliant. My own assumption is that "eating well" means ingesting more than coloring and sweetener, even though most of us don\'t depend on tasty beverages as our primary nutrient source. (apparently you do?)
