  • Okay, this makes a nice 1/2 cup (or less) of a malt

This post should be titled "Cut your shake into 1/8 of what you\\'re used to and then it\\'s lighter."

Soy or no soy, 1/2 cup of ice cream and 1/4 cup of soy milk end up rendering down to about 1/2 cup of total liquid once the ice cream gets blended.

So if you make this in proportions and pour into even an 8 oz glass, you\\'re still at lots of calories.

Soy is disgusting. It causes gynaecomastia in men and it increases oetrogen levels in women, which have been linked to higher incidences of dementia.

  • Not bad

I made it with chocolate cow\'s milk instead as I hate soy milk. I thought the malt flavor was a little too strong so I halved the amount and it worked really well.

This recipe is very easy and similar to this one. ALl you need to do is copp 2 or 3 scoops of any kind of ice cream add half a cup of milk blend till smooth and there\'s your shake. Even add cinnamon for taste.
