A refreshing Middle Eastern street drink.
I read about a similar recipe in SELF Magazine which I actually enjoyed more! Blend 4 cups seedless watermelon with the juice of 1 large lemon, a few ice cubes, 2 tbs sugar, and 1-2 fresh mint leaves! Serve over ice!
The mint is the real trick - it makes the drink more refreshing! It is now my family\'s favorite summer drink! Enjoy!

I saw this recipe years ago and loved it. Glad I can finally have something with measurements to give to friends. Try freezing the watermelon instead of using ice or as much ice.

Taste test the sweetness of the watermelon before adding any extra sugars. I found most fresh water to be full of juicy natural sweetness and there is no necessary to add any sweetning agent.
